This is where you buy a balloon ticket at discounted rate and we will put you on a waiting list and when we have an opening we will call you and you can go on that flight. If you can’t make it we will call you next time.
We usually have a couple of spots per week that could be filled with standby flights. We can only sell standby tickets to the point where we can take care of our customer in a timely manner. Therefore they are available on a limited bases.

- Stand by tickets are valid for one year upon purchase. Renewal fee may apply over a year. Flights can be rescheduled at any time during that year. First come first served principal applies.
- Stand by tickets are transferable. Feel free to share; the tickets can be used by anyone.
- Stand by tickets are non-refundable.
- Stand by tickets may be upgraded.
- Prior to flight, participants are required to sign an assumption of risk and release of liability.
- Participants less than 18 years old require parent or guardian signature.
- Physical requirements-Notification of physical handicap, disability, or individual weight in excess of 250 lbs is required at time of scheduling.
- Participant cancellation-must be made before 72 hours of flight time to avoid cancellation of stand by flight.
